2022 AGM NOTICE (ON 6TH-MAY-2022)

REACH OUT MBUYA COMMUNITY HEALTH INITIATIVE 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that in pursuant to Article 8 of the Articles of Association of Reach Out Mbuya Community Health Initiative, the 2022 Annual General Meeting shall be held on Friday 6th May 2022 at Our Lady of Africa Kindergarten Hall located Plot 1 Boazman Road Mbuya 11 Hill; 9.00 am prompt to transact the following business;

  1. To read the notice convening the meeting and confirming presence of a quorum.
  2. Minutes and Matters Arising 10th October 2021 AGM.
  3. Receive the annual performance report including the auditors’ report of the financial year ended 31st December 2021
  4. A brief about the 2022 Plan.
  5. To nominate four client representatives from whom two shall be selected as per article 6.1b) of the articles of association to serve on the ROM Board.
  6. To transact any other business of ROM of which due notice has been received.

Any other business as per agenda item 6 a member would wish to be considered at the meeting should be submitted and addressed to the Executive Director in a sealed envelope or via email jkaleebi@reachoutmbuya.org before 23rd April 2022 to enable the same be notified to all prior to the meeting.
