Through the Kampala HIV/TB Project, ROM held Performance Review Meetings in all five city divisions—Kampala Central, Kawempe, Nakawa, Rubaga, and Makindye—bringing together local government officials, health facility leads, and development partners. These meetings focused on enhancing health delivery systems, identifying challenges, and accelerating solutions in the fight against HIV, TB, and other public health concerns. “What ROM is doing is what government should be doing—and we are truly grateful.”
