These receive&nbsp;health services in terms of&nbsp;antiretroviral therapy, HIV counseling, psychosocial<em>&nbsp;support, peer&nbsp;support groups and other social support services like education support, child protection services, food, shelter, water and economic strengthening for their households.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;Involvement&nbsp;of parents is\nkey for the children&#8217;s adherence. If the child is transitioned to the 2nd line\nand 3rd line&nbsp;regimen, they are like to face severe health challenges.&nbsp;Parents&nbsp;must&nbsp;see\nthat children&nbsp;remain on the 1st line regimen of&nbsp;antiretroviral\ntherapy for as long as possible.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mental health issues among children\nhave also been ignored.
