E William W. Popp was at ROM on a site visit to understand the contribution of the organization to community development through the Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) project and HIV care and treatment work.<\/p>\n<p>At ROM Mbuya Site, he toured the ROM clinic; the pharmacy, nutrition food demonstration, the laboratory and cancer screening area. Some of the OVC project beneficiaries showcased different Present were some of the girls who have benefitted from send chance schooling with support from USAID. Tog<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ether with their care caregivers, the beneficiaries told the Ambassador that their lives have been changed because of ROM.
