ROM offered HIV Testing and counselling Services (HTS) to over <strong>30<\/strong> participants at the Public Lecture. Panelists including ROM\u2019s Stella Nakate emphasized the importance of equipping youths with adequate and correct information on Sexual Reproductive Health that is always missed at school and at home, yet available on online platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the more than 1000 daily new HIV infections that are reported, Stella noted that because they lack skills and information, young people are not empowered to protect themselves from HIV, defilement, rape and early pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>At ROM, we are open to offer services with due diligence to all youths in Kampala.
