In May, the ROM family came together at the Banda site for a deeply enriching Spiritual Retreat – a moment set aside to pause, reflect, and give thanks to God for His abundant blessings, grace, mercy, love, wisdom, protection, and guidance.<\/p>\n

Anchored in the powerful theme, \u201cWhen you pass through the waters, I will be with you\u201d<\/em> (Isaiah 43:2), the day offered staff a sacred space to reconnect with their faith and the deeper meaning behind their daily work.<\/p>\n

Led by Executive Director Josephine Kaleebi<\/strong> and Human Resources Manager Christine Onuoha<\/strong>, the retreat featured soul-stirring praise and worship, heartfelt reflection and spiritual encouragement.<\/p>\n

Together, staff reflected on both personal and collective journeys, renewing their sense of purpose and unity as part of the ROM mission- to curb the further spread of HIV among the less privileged members of the community it serves and enable those already living with HIV\/AIDS to live a responsible and dignified life.<\/p>\n
