ROM equips health Centre IIs to improve maternal and child health services
With funding from PEPFAR through U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), ROM equipped two health facilities with hospital equipment that included a delivery bed, a stadiometer, pediatric and adult weighing scales, blood pressure monitoring machines and a Maternity HIV-Retesting Algorithm, an Information, Education and Communication material to improve maternal and child health in Kampala region.
Facilities that benefited included Kiganda Maternity Health Center II and Meeting Point Namuwongo in Kawempe and Makindye Divisions respectively.
