Young People Can Make Informed Choices Because of ROM’s School Health Program

Social and Behaviour Change Communication has been successfully used by various health promotion programs to improve the well-being of target populations. When young people access the right information, they can make informed choices about their life and maximise their potential.

Our School Health Program aims to reinforce the provision of a comprehensive school health package for school-going children and adolescents and increase awareness within the school community. Through these engagements, ROM continues to promote healthier, informed, and supportive environments for young people to thrive. 2 schools in the Mbuya community were visited during the quarter to engage young people on key health issues.
