ROM has launched yet another intervention to support adolescents’ life skilling. The Sexual, Reproductive Health and Economic Empowerment Supporting Out of School Adolescent girls’ Rights and Skills (SHE-SOARS) project aims at increasing equitable use of ASRHR services by diverse groups of adolescent girls particularly those out of school and children’s rights holders. ROM will be implementing the SHE SOARS project in Nakawa and Makindye divisions, Kampala District.
