ROM, being pathfinder of the first version 3.3.0 of Uganda EMR, has now implemented up to the newest version 3.3.11 in a client records management system. To complement the same, an internal database managing all ROM interventions was developed. ROMIS captures all interventions data including for non-medical projects. Availability of the database has strengthened holistic analytics, program development all aimed at enhancing service delivery.

The Registry

This is an important section in ROM’s data management system as all client information files, ART registers and all other important documents are kept here. As a role model in client information management, ROM’s registry attracts other players in HIV management for study purposes.
