Rotary Club of Kampala West experience the aroma at DREAMS safe space in Nakawa Division.
DREAMS- Determined, Resilient, AIDS-Free Mentored and Safe is implemented by ROM in Kampala Region. Skilling is one of the ways in which ROM, with support from PEPFAR through U.S Centres for Disease Control and Prevention empowers adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) to protect their health, well-being and pursue their dreams. Recently, ROM’s long-time friends visited the girls at their Safe Space in Nakawa division to witness how the beneficiaries, some of whom are young mothers, have been able to utilise the available opportunities to reconstruct their lives, both socially and economically. Through the DREAMS project, ROM has skilled 6778 AGYWs.

Beneficiaries of the DREAMS Program implemented by ROM showcase their finished designs to members of the Rotary Club of Kampala West during the latter’s visit to the DREAMS Safe Space in Nakawa Division.
