In partnership with CARE Uganda, ROM used the Community Score Card (CSC) tool to evaluate adolescent access to Health services at Wentz Medical Centre and Kisugu Health Centre. Adolescents, health workers, and local leaders participated in reflective discussions.

The project has led to increased youth engagement, improved health provider attitudes, and greater access to health and life skills for out-of-school adolescents.
