This quarter, our work with young mothers under the MCC-supported program reached an exciting milestone—a vibrant Food Demonstration Session held at our Mbuya site.
Led by the dedicated MCC Project team, the session offered more than just recipes—it served up practical knowledge, encouragement, and a sense of community. The focus was on enhancing maternal health, nutrition, and economic empowerment, through interactive discussions and hands-on learning.
Key highlights included:

- The value of attending antenatal care with a partner
- Tips on preparing nutritious, balanced meals
- Promoting exclusive breastfeeding up to 2 years
- Distribution of startup kits to boost small business ventures
