Reach Out Mbuya Community Health Initiative (ROM) is a faith-based organization with the mission of curbing the further spread of HIV infection among extremely vulnerable communities enabling all to live a responsible and dignified life.

 

ROM Kampala Regional Mechanism project is aimed at accelerating HIV epidemic control and reducing TB incidence, aligning with UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets in Kampala District. The project also aims to fortify Uganda’s healthcare system by enhancing strategic planning, coordination, laboratory systems, workforce development, decentralization through National Referral Hospitals (NRH), supply chain management, and emergency public health response.
