Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Dereck is a public health statistician, a CDC Fellow/Alumnus with over 10 years’ experience. He has previously led Monitoring, Evaluation and Research in PEPFAR (USAID) HIV/Health projects implemented by the World Vision International and AIDS information Centre-Uganda. He possesses strong competence in health programming in medical facilities, workplaces, autonomous bodies, and communities. He holds a Bachelor of Statistics Degree from Makerere University (MUK), a Postgraduate Fellowship in Monitoring and Evaluation from Makerere University School of Public Health (MAKSPH), a Masters of Management Science, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He has also extensively trained in various courses including; Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Design and Customization of District Health Information System (DHIS2) from HISP-Rwanda, Open Medical Records System (OpenMRS), and, Qualitative and Quantitative methodology Analytics. Dereck is a member of the National Steering Committees of OpenMRS, DHIS2. He also belongs to the Uganda Evaluation Association and Uganda Statistical Society.
Dr. Felicity holds a Masters in Public Health ( General Stream) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) from the Medical School, Makerere University. She has also undertaken various courses some of which include Children’s Palliative Care Course at Mildmay.
Community Social Support Manager
Hilda is a development worker with 14 years of experience in sustainable community development programs. She is passionate about youth and women initiatives because their successes are largely demonstrated through the positive transformation of entire households and communities. She is committed to contributing to development through practice, research, knowledge and skilling sharing.
