Human Resources; best practices at ROM boost employee productivity

To provide a positive, productive and enjoyable work environment that enables employees to produce and deliver quality outputs, Reach Out Mbuya invests in training her staff members so that they gain the skills they need to perform well. This increases their knowledge and motivation to serve the community as expected of them. Given the sensitive nature of ROM’s care work, upskilling and reskilling are some of the areas where the staff are trained. At ROM, good performance is rewarded. Recently, in addition to organizing trainings for staff, the HR Office awarded staff at Kasaala site in Luweero District with certificates of appreciation and long service.
