Reach Out Mbuya’s passion for improving lives of young people is unlimited. With support from USAID’s Integrated Youth and Child Development project, ROM has improved lives of youths in Mityana district through the Work Readiness project. Youths in different villages including Namungo, Kikube, Banda, Busunju and many others were trained and given social and entrepreneurial skills among others and were given startup capital. Today, the proud young men and women are running small projects like bee keeping, poultry, rearing rabbits and other businesses.
