ROM staffs’ commitment to serve the community gives hope to beneficiaries

On your very first day at any of ROM’s clinics; Mbuya, Kinnawataka and Banda, you will get that unique feeling that as a client, this is the place to be” said Rose, a 42-year-old woman who has been on ART at ROM for nine years.

Rose’s experience at ROM is not different from that of many others and this is a result of the care ROM staff extend to clients right from the community to the clinic for testing and counselling, through enrollment to different programs and follow up. Staff do all this with enthusiasm so as to make a remarkable impact in the lives of people living and affected by HIV.

To achieve this, staff are work together and diligently serve to the expectations of each client, raising their hope and changing their world. On a monthly basis, a programs meeting is held to track progress in performance.

This is supplemented with departmental meetings and trainings through which staff are equipped with skills to do their work and achieve the best.
