Executive Director
The department is headed by the Executive Director and it was set up to oversee all the organization’s activities. It’s responsible for the overall supervision of all the departments of the organization. The ED’s office, however, directly handles the Procurement, Internal Audit and Communication & Public Relations sections. This office is headed by the Executive Director and the following are the sections under the executive director’s office.
Procurement Section
The section ensures timely, qualitative, and transparent purchase and distribution of supplies as required by all departments of the organization. The Procurement Officer heads the section.
The Internal Audit Section
The section is responsible for carrying out independent and objective audits of the activities of the organization and to report to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors about the organization’s operations. It’s headed by the Senior Internal Auditor.
Communication & Public Relations Section
Its objective is to streamline the flow of communication within and across all departments in Reach Out, increase public awareness and understanding of Reach Out services and activities, build and strengthen partnerships with key external stakeholders. It also handles the organization’s public relations, stakeholder management, graphics and pictorial sections plus sale of documentaries.
