Finance & Administration

The department is headed by the Director of Finance and Administration, it deals with three major sections of the organisation, namely; Finance, Human Resource Management and Training and Administration. The department is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization.

The Finance Section
This section is responsible for financial planning and administration of the organization by controlling the accounts, budget, purchasing, and treasury of the organisation.

Human Resource Management & Training Section
This is the section which recruits, place, develop and retain a professional workforce that focuses on the organizational vision, mission, values and objectives.
It is also responsible for the recruitment and placement of staff, volunteers and students on practicum plus their training and development to meet the requirements of the organization.

Administration Section
This Section comprises; Administration, Maintenance, Stores and Security sub-sections.
The section coordinates and supports the logistical and financial operations of Reach Out, ensuring the programme delivers high quality services; and to facilitate excellent communication between all our stakeholders.
