The Monitoring and Evaluations’ Coordinator heads the department. It handles the registry and data/information management. The department ensures that routine day-to-day activities are carried out according to plan. It evaluates their worth, and ensures that the Management Information Systems (MIS) are functional to enable easier entry and protection of organizational data. department comprises of the following sections;

Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) Section
This section to ensure all databases are developed and functional to capture data through developing databases, maintaining the system and trouble shooting for its functioning.

IT section
The section ensures that all IT infrastructures are functional and maintained through troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of software and hardware.

Registry Section
The main aim of this section is to welcome the clients of Reach Out with love and to provide an efficient client records service for both clients and Reach Out by ensuring that all enrolled clients files are kept well and that confidentiality is observed.
